TECHNICAL LEAD .NET DEVELOPER (code: RD-TLNET)

• Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or other related courses.
• Must have solid knowledge on Object Oriented Programming.
• With at least 8 years of development experience, 5 years of which, ideally, he has been a technical lead, with extensive experience in .Net Framework - C#, ADO.Net, ASP.net, Ajax, javascript, UML, XML/HTML, CSS, etc.
• Knowledgeable on Database Administration and Migrations using SQL Server.
• Must have an experience with different continuous integration tools, CCNET and TFS.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with different methodologies and design patterns.
• Can work on different application servers, database servers and various open source/third party software or libraries
• With experience in different web servers, application servers, and database servers (development and production set-up, various configuration) 
• Must have an experience in configuration management (different version control system)
• Can communicate clearly with team members and clients on what needs to be done before commencing any project
• With solid experience in mentoring more junior team members

Preferrable Requirements:

• With good communication skills
• Can mentor all members of the development team
• Must be flexible, analytical, result-driven and organized
• Can confidently interface with both local and foreign clients

For Senior Developer:

• Must have a good knowledge on Microsoft Enterprise solution (Appfabric-Services bus – biztalk…etc.
• Must be an expert on Web Services
• Candidate can work as Net Software Architect.
