TEST ENGINEER (Mid level/Senior/Tech Lead) (code: RD-TEMS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and design test plan, test cases and test script.
• Set up test environment.
• Retest resolved bugs on each release.
• Regresses existing bugs on previous software builds or alternate database/server configurations.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of test plan.
• Prepare test reports and communicate latest test updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Strong software testing skills (experience in test design, writing test cases and validate against requirement and test execution.)
• Experience in testing Java/C++ applications.
• Has working knowledge in preparing Test Plans.
• Programming knowledge in Java/C++ is a plus
• Web service testing experience (XML,SOAP/REST Protocols)
• Familiar with SDLC and STLC.
• Familiar with Unix based test and production environments.
