PROJECT MANAGER (code: RD-PM)

FOR MANPOWER POOLING

Bachelor’s degree graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related disciplines
With at least three to five years of Project Management experience
Knowledgeable in PMI framework
Has implemented project plans for small to medium scale projects
Managed at least 3 projects with a minimum team size of five
Systematic, organized and can effectively handle conflict resolution
Has good leadership, decision-making and facilitation skills
Can easily motivate and inspire people
Must possess excellent communication skills
