
JUNIOR LEAD GENERATIONS SPECIALIST (code: RD-JLGS)
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for generating business leads and requires extensive research skills and strong outbound sales capabilities. He will call companies and talk to professionals regarding their business needs and initiatives.
The Junior Lead Generations Specialist is expected to:
- Conduct extensive online research to qualify prospects
- Perform daily prospecting calls, target market
- Profile accounts
- Responsible for qualifying the leads based on prospect’s requirements and budget
- Document lead details and other account information
- Build rapport and relationships with prospects through courteous and professional service
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a BA or BS Marketing graduate or other relevant field.
- Candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience in generating new business leads in the BPO and/ or IT industry, preferably focused on U.S.-based accounts
- Candidate must have passion for technology, creativity to think outside of the box and strong leadership to execute effectively
- Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must have the ability to engage stakeholders in conversation
- Candidate must be detail oriented and organized
- Candidate must be a fast learner, independent worker and must have the desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
