JAVA DEVELOPERS (code:RD-JD)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce development estimates
• Prepare detailed designs
  
• Prepare test scenarios based on detailed design
  
• Participate in reviews of designs, use cases, requirements and test cases
  
• Prepare any development documentation required
  
• Provide support to any third parties developing with our software
  
• Perform coding, unit, system and integration & performance testing
  
• Prepare component design documents
  
• Mentor and train Junior Developers
  
• Fulfill ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned as per discretion by the client and the project manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must have at least 3 years solid Core Java/J2EE experience (enterprise integration application with solid core Java/J2EE (EJB, JNDI, JDBC, JCA) WEBSERVICES, XSD, XML experience)
• Candidate must have at least 3 years solid XML experience (parsing)
• Candidate must have worked with a remote team set-up
• Candidate must have worked on different application servers, database servers and third party
• Candidate must have worked in a consulting environment
• Candidate must have good communication skills (able to discuss design decisions, able to escalate issues when situation arises)
