BUSINESS ANALYST (code: RD–BA)

Bachelor’s degree graduate in Communication Arts or other related disciplines
With at least 2-5 years experience in business analysis and/or technical writing, ideally familiar with computer software or hardware documentation (programmers' guide, user guides, reference manuals, etc.)
Knowledgeable in UML
Has adequate experience in client facilitation and presentation
Flexibility to work within a cross-cultural team
Ability to assimilate new knowledge rapidly
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Analytical, results-oriented, dedicated and a team player
Has the confidence to directly interface with both local and foreign clients
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
