BUSINESS ANALYST (code: RD–BA)

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for the structured analysis of the business requirements of the clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and contribute to the proposals of solutions. He/She will perform a liaison function between the business side, the client, and the information provider, RenditionDigital, Inc. He/She will also perform all related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Open to all Junior, Mid-level and Senior Business Analysts
• For Junior role, candidate must have at least 2 years experience in business analysis and/or technical writing, ideally familiar with computer software or hardware documentation
• For Mid-Level role, candidate must have at least 4 years experience in business analysis and/or technical writing, ideally familiar with computer software or hardware documentation
• For Senior role, candidate must have at least 6 years experience in in business analysis and/or technical writing, ideally familiar with computer software or hardware documentation plus with at least 2 years supervisory experience
• Knowledgeable in UML
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Flexibility to work within a cross-cultural team
• Has the confidence to directly interface with both local and foreign clients
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
• Work Schedule: Flexible unless modified by the management
