David Nash Chief Executive Officer
David Nash co-founded and was CEO of PeopleSupport Inc., a Call Center company headquartered in Los Angeles with operations in the Philippines and Costa Rica. PeopleSupport was floated on the NASDAQ in 2004.
David holds an MBA in management, finance and marketing from Columbia University. He also holds a Masters in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
Daniel Flaherty President, RenditionDigital Philippines; COO RenditionDigital Ltd.
Dan Flaherty has been in financial and executive management for over 20 years. Prior to starting RenditionDigital, Dan served as Chief Financial Officer for the Manila-based operation of People Support Inc., a California-based call center. He was also the Chief Financial Officer for jeTECH DATA SYSTEMS, an enterprise level software development company located in California. Dan was also the Chief Financial Officer for Mendelson and Assoc., a California-based consumer products manufacturer, and was Managing Director for the European headquarters of K-Swiss, a California-based athletic footwear company.
Janet Dimacali General Manager, Philippines
Prior to joining RenditionDigital, Janet was the Director of Workforce Management at People Support. She was responsible for forecasting inbound demand for over 40 VDNs and scheduling of over 3,500 agents. Janet was also responsible for performance measurements, schedule adherence tracking, and overall performance reporting.
Prior to People Support, Janet was the Operations Manager for Contact World, another Call Center based in the Philippines. She was responsible for the day-to-day management of inbound and outbound programs, and the management of agents.
Janet was also a Project Manager for Aetna, a large American-based insurance company. She was responsible for business process analysis, systems design, and implementation of customer service and call center systems.
Diarmuid Quinn - General Manager, RenditionDigital EDS
Diarmuid Quinn is responsible for managing all aspects of RenditionDigital's Telecom Operator Application Services and Embedded Application Design business.
Diarmuid has 15 years experience in the design services business through his previous employment with Silicon and Software Systems Ltd. (S3), a Dublin-based subsidiary of Philips Electronics. While with S3, Diarmuid held various engineering, project management, sales, marketing, and general management positions including the management of S3's offshore design center in Prague, Czech Republic.
Ted Hagos Director of Software Development, Philippines
Ted has over 15 years of experience in software development, particularly in business and systems applications. He held various executive positions in the area of technology management prior to joining RenditionDigital.
Ted was also a full-time faculty member of the Asia Pacific College teaching Java and C++, and a part-time faculty for short technology courses at the Ateneo Technology Center and IBM ACE. He spends his spare time combing through technology forums specifically in the areas of WEB 2.0 tech, Java, .NET, Python, Ruby and FreeBSD.
