SOURCING SPECIALIST (code:RD- SS)

FOR MANPOWER POOLING

Responsibilities:

Doing headhunting and sourcing resumes through various channels
Identifies the right candidate and validate their resume against assigned job requirements
Coordinating interview process

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent
Candidate should be excellent in oral and written communication with strong networking skills, ready to work under pressure
Must be willing to work in graveyard shift
Must be willing to work in Makati City
Full Time and Contract positions available
