RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (US Account) (code:RD-RS)

Responsibilities:

Interview candidates to gather relevant work / career history and assess their suitability for assigned open requirements
Prepare written candidate profile presentations / arguments highlighting the candidates suitability for the position they are recruiting for

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent
Candidate must have at least 6 months experience in volume recruitment in BPO/ Call Center industry or with US Recruiting experience
Candidate should be excellent in communication with strong networking skills, ready to work under pressure
Must be willing to work in Makati City
