RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE (code: RD-RA)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of recruiting experience in Information Technology.
Ideally has strong sourcing techniques, interviewing skills and has a good grasp of industry best practices.
Demonstrates excellent negotiation, communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to juggle multiple searches at once.
Ability to define and discuss technology project requirements with senior level consultants.
Highly motivated, with a desire to generate exceptional results in a tight, yet growing, IT employment market.
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time well in a multi-tasking environment.
Demonstrates a friendly, outgoing demeanor over the telephone and in person.
